Apple announced the sales volume of iPhone 6s and 6s Plus was over 13 million sets in the first week and it set a new record. Some analyst feels that the sales of new iPhone won’t be as good as its predecessor, although it made a good start.
Recently, the Pacific Crest Securities’ analyst John Vinh indicated that Apple has cut about 5% of its orders due to the sales performance of iPhone 6s and 6s Plus did not meet its expectation. It is reported that this news was confirmed by several chip manufacturers.
In addition, John Vinh predicts the sales volume of iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will be only 67 million units in the fourth quarter. Its sales volume was initially predicted up from 75 million to 80 million unints by some other analysts.
