Two famous wireless carriers Sprint and T-Mobile both confirmed that they have been ended the internal discussions to merge these two companies.
Rumors about these two companies’ merger discussion has been kept for severl months, and this is the first time they confirmed the discussion officially, but unfortuantely, they finally did not make an agreement on the deal, and accounced the merger has been called off on Saturday afternoon.
“We have agreed that it is best to move forward on our own…” Sprint’s President and CEO Marcelo Claure saied, and another report cliamed that the SoftBank Group, Sprint’s parent company didn’t want this cooperation, and it increased the Sprint stake after the merger stopped.
